Outdoor Living Spaces in Anderson

Jessamine Landscaping builds fire pits, seat walls, outdoor kitchens, pergolas and gazebos in Anderson. Each one goes on a level, compacted base before a block is stacked. How much does outdoor living cost in Anderson?

The price follows what you are building. A fire pit is one job, a kitchen with a pergola is another, and the base and grade under it add to the work. Estimates are free, and you get the number after we see the yard.

A fire pit corner at the back fence

In one fenced Anderson backyard we built a square fire pit on pavers in the far corner and wrapped a block seat wall around two sides. A gravel path runs out to it through new sod, and river rock lines the fence where the woods start.

The seat wall faces the house, with the woods at your back. Want a grill station, a pergola over the seats or more room for chairs? Say so at the estimate and we'll size the base for all of it.

What we've built in Anderson

  • Anderson is home. Our crew works out of here.
  • A lot of Anderson yards are older and the landscaping shows it, and a lot of the new builds drain badly. We fix both.
  • We've laid round and square paver patios here with block fire pits and seat walls, then finished them in new sod.
  • We built a long block retaining wall with lit stairs up the middle, below a fenced pool deck.
  • Along an iron pool fence we laid river rock drainage strips with black grates.
  • We've put pop-up sprinklers in front lawns here, next to fresh mulch beds.

Common Questions

What goes under a fire pit, outdoor kitchen or pergola?

A level, compacted stone base, the same idea as a patio, so the structure does not settle or tilt under its weight. A kitchen counter or a pergola post carries far more than a patio chair does.

Can you build the patio, wall and fire pit as one project?

Yes. We build the pavers, the walls and the planting ourselves, so the whole space is planned together and handled with one call.

★★★★★
"We had a solid experience with Jessamine Landscape when we converted a large planter area into a fire pit and sitting area. They were very flexible when it came to the design, efficiently (only 2 days start to finish) removed all the existing plants, made adjustments to the irrigation system, leveled the space, and installed the stone and poles. We now have a great outdoor fire pit and seating area. Thanks for their hard work and help with this project, all done at a fair price."

How We Work

  • Family-owned. Lex Espinoza owns the company, and his father has done landscaping projects across the Upstate for over a decade.
  • Free estimates. We look at the space and give you an estimate at no cost.
  • The whole space in one project. Patio, wall, planting and fire pit from one company, so one crew plans how they fit together.
