Lex Espinoza, Owner
Jessamine Landscaping builds paver patios, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces and also provides landscaping and irrigation services across the Upstate. Lex Espinoza is the proud owner.
Lex is a Clemson graduate with a Finance Degree, GO TIGERS! Before starting his company, he worked as an investment banker, advising small business owners. They inspired him to build something for his growing family after his daughter was born.
Lex counts himself blessed by God and is surrounded by industry veterans, starting with his father, who has done landscaping projects across the Upstate for decades. With them, Lex pulled together an experienced crew.
He named the company after South Carolina’s state flower, the Yellow Jessamine. “The state flower aligns with our mission and we aim to deliver work as beautiful as the Yellow Jessamine, its symbolic meanings align perfectly with our goal. Jessamine Landscaping’s goal is to provide quality work, reliable landscapers, and loyalty by serving our clients and community well.”
How We Work
Pavers, walls and yard drainage all start with where the water goes, so we plan that first. Pavers get the proper materials for base prep. Walls get a strong foundation and proper drainage, and they’re built to last.
One call covers the whole yard: patio, wall, planting and sprinklers. Irrigation comes with a 1 year parts and labor warranty. Calls answered 7am to 10pm, Monday to Friday.

We hold local business licenses, including Anderson and Seneca, and we’re insured.
Family-Owned
Lex owns it, and his father has worked Upstate landscaping jobs for over a decade.
